Region 1 Leo Clubs Joint Installation Fiscal Year 2013-2014

On the 11^th August 2013, fifteen Leo Clubs from Region 1 had jointly organized a Joint Installation. With the lead of the organizing chairperson, Leo Samuel Chua from the Leo Club of SM Lodge and the guidance of the three zone chairpersons,Z1C Lion Caroline Sim, Z2C Lion Felix Hu,Z3C Lion Sim Kuang Boon,the installation was organized systematically and successful. The venue of this momentous occasion was at Crown Square  and the function was held from 11.00pm – 3.30pm. There were about 350 leo members attended this Joint Installation, it was a very enthusiastic response.

Sweet Farewell Dinner for Japanese YE

On 7^th August 2013, there was a Japanese Ye farewell dinner held in RC Lion Chong Nam Fah. It was indeed a warmth dinner as everyone could share out laughters in the dinner.

The dinner went very smoothly and happy.The food prepared was mouth-watering and everyone enjoyed having it. After the dinner,Lions and leos helped to celebrate the birthday of two of the Japanese YE. The atmosphere was very warmth when we sang the birthday songs to them and asked them to wish.

After that, they were presented the souvenirs and took the photos with most of the Lions and leos.The Japanese YE also shared their feelings for staying in Kuching for a few weeks.They showed their appreciation on Lions’ cares and said that they wished to visit Malaysia again in the future.
